Up to roughly 43 minutes of downtime per month on core services.

Incident response

< 1 h

First response within one hour for critical incidents (core services down).

Target resolution

< 4 h

Resolution target within four hours for critical incidents on core services.

Planned maintenance

48 h notice

Any planned maintenance is announced at least 48 hours in advance, outside peak hours.

Exclusions

Force majeure events, outages from third-party providers (payment, hosting, email) and user-requested operations are not counted toward availability.

These targets are not a contractual commitment during the platform's beta phase.
